2. The house
Next, we’ll walk through your home together. I’ll offer honest, seasoned advice on what’s worth doing and what’s not in order to get your home market ready. My goal is to save you money wherever I can. From small touch-ups to thoughtful styling, I’ll help you present your home in the best possible light without overspending.

3. Strategic marketing
Once your home is ready, I launch a tailored marketing plan designed to generate maximum exposure. I bring in only the best architectural photographers to show the home to potential buyers. Once we’re on the market, we launch and re launch targeted ads reaching over 80k buyers and also an additional 40k+ active buyers in our team’s database. Your home will be seen — and remembered.

4. Showing the home
We’ll coordinate showings and host open houses designed to create momentum, highlight your home’s best features and bring in serious buyers. I handle the logistics, feedback and follow-up.

5. Offer reviews and negotiations
When offers come in, I’ll walk you through the details, explain your options and help you choose the strongest path forward and not just the best price, but the best terms as well. I’ll handle negotiations with confidence and care, always keeping your goals front and center.
